General Terms, Clearly Explained for Clients

Payment can only be made in advance via bank transfer.

If you need to reschedule a meeting, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel the meeting later, the full fee (100% of the meeting price) will be forfeited.

General Terms and Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Ordering and Payment

1.1. You can order a service via the online form available on our website or by email.

1.2. The first (introductory) meeting is free of charge (preferably in person, but online is also possible). The booking for the next meeting is confirmed after payment to our bank account, at least 3 days before the first paid meeting. Payment instructions will be sent by email.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. You can cancel a meeting without forfeiting your entitlement to the meeting up to 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. In this case, you will be able to cancel and reschedule to a new date.

2.2. If you cancel your participation less than 48 hours before the meeting, the meeting will be forfeited without the possibility of a refund.

3. Additional Information

3.1. The organizer reserves the right to change the date and location or completely cancel the meeting due to serious organizational reasons. The organizer undertakes to inform all registered participants of any changes in a timely manner. In case of cancellation, change of date, or location of the meeting, another date will be offered to the participant.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

4.1. All materials provided by the organizer to the participant during mentoring are protected by copyright and must not be distributed further without prior written consent from the organizer.

5. Consent to Personal Data Processing

5.1. By this, you voluntarily give your consent to the provision and processing of personal data according to EU Regulation 679/2016 to the extent of the data contained in this form, namely name, surname, email address, and telephone number, to Jakub Kraus, with registered office at Jankovcova 1587/8a, 17000, Prague, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

5.2. You provide your consent for the purposes of processing coaching and coaching meetings, courses, training, consultations, and electronic communication, i.e., providing information by email or phone, sending commercial communications via electronic means according to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., concerning the products and services published on www.reactivdevs.cz.

The Controller declares that appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to secure your personal data.

5.3. The Controller will process personal data manually as well as automatically.

5.4. You acknowledge that the processor is obliged, at your request, to provide you with information about the processing of your personal data, its purpose, the personal data being processed, including information about their source, the nature of any automated processing, and the recipients of personal data, i.e., those to whom your personal data has been disclosed.

5.5. You further acknowledge that you have the right to request the Controller to explain the processing of your personal data if you discover or believe that this processing is not being carried out properly, and also the right to request the Controller to rectify this situation, in particular by blocking, correcting, supplementing, or disposing of personal data.

5.6. You provide your consent voluntarily and acknowledge that you have the right to withdraw it at any time. This consent is given for a period of 60 months from its provision.

5.7. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time in writing by email to reactivdevs@gmail.com.

5.8. By submitting the form on the reactivdevs.cz website, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of personal data processing and that you fully accept them. Legal regulations and our business strategy, along with the related methods of processing your personal data, may change. The Controller is entitled to amend these terms. If we decide to update these terms, we will post the changes on our website and inform you of these changes. In cases where a more substantial change to these terms is to be made, or where the law requires us to do so, we will inform you in advance. We ask you to carefully read these terms and regularly review them during your continued communication with us or use of our website. These terms are effective from January 1, 2024.
