Why this course exists

I've built software for over 12 years and led engineering teams for the last 5. When AI tooling hit, I saw two kinds of people: some shipped three times faster with AI, others drowned in code they didn't understand.

The difference was never who had the smarter model. It was the system: how you delegate work, how you review the output, which patterns and agents you use. I turned that system into a course you can go through in a few hours.
